Cookie Dough Caramel Pie (v, df, gf)

A drool worthy pie made using our limited edition Vegan Caramel Sauce! Ingredients: Base: 1 tin chickpeas - drained & rinsed ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter) ¼ cup maple syrup ½ tsp chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp baking powder Caramel layer: RFC Vegan Caramel Sauce - as much as you desire Chocolate layer: ¼ cup coconut oil 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp maple syrup Method: Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
