Fig & Coconut Granola Muesli (df, rsf)

This family recipe is easy to make and very delicious. I love gifting this to friends! Ingredients: 1⁄3 cup chopped almonds 1⁄3 cup chopped hazelnuts ¼ cup pumpkin seeds 1⁄3 cup chia seeds ½ cup chopped dried figs 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ cup coconut flour 2 cups rolled oats 3 tbsp melted coconut oil ¼ cup honey (or substitute for maple syrup if vegan) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (I love Heilala Vanilla) ¼ cup almond butter ½ cup coconut flakes Method: Preheat your oven to 135°C. In a bowl mix your chopped almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, figs, cinnamon, coconut flour and oats. Vanilla and Honey Granola (gf, df, rsf)

Perfectly sweet, enjoy this oaty treat! Ingredients 2 cups mixed nuts and seeds (I used cashews, almonds, brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds) 2 cups wholegrain oats ¹⁄3 cup coconut oil - melted ¼ cup honey 2 & ½ tsp vanilla bean ¼ tsp salt To Serve Raglan Food Co coconut yoghurt - your choice of flavour, I used raspberry and lime Plant-based milk of choice - I used almond Method Preheat your oven to 180ºC fan bake.
