
A little something deliciously different to spice up your day…
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Raglan Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 cup Water
- 3 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 1/2 frozen Bananas
Method:
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more Turmeric if desired, and sprinkle with extra cinnamon to serve.

I used fresh turmeric, grated, but you could probably use dried as well. I think fresh is better though! 🙂
I made this for breakfast this morning and it was amazing!!! I used powdered spices and I was fine. Such a delicious and refreshing way to start the day 🙂
