A cool, creamy, and healthy treat for those hot summer days. Mr Coconut and I love a good smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 3/4 cup Kale
- 1.5 dessertspoon Peanut Butter
- 2 dessertspoons Cacao Powder
- 3 Tbs Raglan Coconut Yoghurt
Method:
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more Cacao or Peanut Butter if you want a bit more flavour.
