A cool, creamy, and healthy treat for those hot summer days. Mr Coconut and I love a good smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 3/4 cup Kale
  • 1.5 dessertspoon Peanut Butter
  • 2 dessertspoons Cacao Powder
  • 3 Tbs Raglan Coconut Yoghurt

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more Cacao or Peanut Butter if you want a bit more flavour.
