This simple, sugar free and delicious dessert will give you a serious antioxidant boost!
- 1/2 jar of Raglan Coconut Yoghurt (vanilla bean)
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- Handful of pistachios
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture out on baking paper.
- Sprinkle some matcha powder and pistachios over the yoghurt.
- Freeze until firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
