This family recipe is easy to make and very delicious. I love gifting this to friends! Ingredients: 1⁄3 cup chopped almonds 1⁄3 cup chopped hazelnuts ÂŒ cup pumpkin seeds 1⁄3 cup chia seeds œ cup chopped dried figs 1 tsp cinnamon ÂŒ cup coconut flour 2 cups rolled oats 3 tbsp melted coconut oil ÂŒ cup honey (or substitute for maple syrup if vegan) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (I love Heilala Vanilla) ÂŒ cup almond butter œ cup coconut flakes Method: Preheat your oven to 135°C. A cup of cacao can be both uplifting and relaxing. It’s one of our favourite ways to take a pause, and an especially good way to get cosy through the Winter. Ingredients (per cup): 20g Cacao (we love Mamamuti’s Yin Blend) 1-2 tsp Raglan Food Co Vegan Caramel Sauce (or alternative) 1 cup oat milk (or other dairy-free milk)  Pinch of salt  œ tsp cacao powder Method: Put the cacao and milk in a saucepan and warm gently on the stove, stirring often until fully melted, thick and velvety. Caramel Energy Smoothie (v, df)

A delicious high-powered smoothie - our favourite afternoon pick-me-up! Ingredients: 2 frozen bananas 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp Raglan Food Co coconut yoghurt  - Natural Greek-Style  œ cup cashews 1 tsp vanilla 4 tsp vegan caramel sauce œ cup oat milk (or other dairy-free milk) œ cup water  Pinch of salt Method: Add frozen bananas, peanut butter, coconut yoghurt, cashews, salt and vanilla to a blender. Add oat milk, water and 2-4 tsp of Raglan Food Co Caramel.  Blend on high until smooth, adding more water or milk if needed to get your favourite consistency.  Drizzle a little caramel around the edge of each glass, then fill with the smoothie. A berry delicious smoothie packed full of antioxidants and immune boosting magic.
