Raglan Food Co exists thanks to a very supportive community – Whāingaroa locals were our first customers, and with their encouragement we’ve been able to create a thriving business that still makes everything right here in the town where we started.

We enjoy helping out with the cool things that are happening in this special place, so we’ve created the RFC Community Fund as a way to support & promote some of the awesome local projects that align with our values!

The RFC Community Fund gives out $10,000 worth of grants per year – the size of each grant varies depending on the needs of the project. If you’d like to apply for a grant, please use the application form below after first making sure your project fits the below criteria:

Criteria

  • Your organisation/project is based here in Whāingaroa Raglan (or in a small community close-by, such as Te Uku, Te Mata, Ruapuke, Waitetuna)
  • Your project aligns with two or more of the Sustainable Development Goals

  • Your project is vegan-friendly – not involving meat, dairy, or any form of animal product
  • You are happy to have your organisation/project promoted via our website and social media channels

Application Form

Applications are reviewed quarterly (March, June, September, December) by the RFC leadership team. We will be in touch if we require further information about your project and to let you know if you’ve been selected for a grant.

Tell us about your project. What is your track record? How are you making a difference?

What amount would you ideally receive as a grant, and what would the funds allow you to do?

What would success look like for your project?
