An uplifting and energising ‘milk’shake – the perfect pick-me-up!
- 1c Banana & Chai Raglan Coconut Yoghurt
- 1c Cashew Milk
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Raw Cacao
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- A pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- Cacao and Cinnamon to dust
- Blend all base ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Serve straight away in a nice cold glass, dust with cinnamon and/or cacao to decorate.Both Maca and Cacao are superfoods know to boost energy levels. Added benefits are said to include antioxidants, an improved metabolism, a rich vitamin and mineral boost, hormone balancing and of course a delicious taste!
