Ingredients:
- Jar of RFC Vegan Caramel Sauce or similar (you’ll only use about 1/3 of it)
- Block of Bennetto intense dark chocolate
- 15 medjool dates
- Sea salt
Method:
- Cut dates in half and remove the pit.
- Fill carefully with caramel sauce.
- Place in freezer for 2 hours.
- Melt the chocolate, dip & coat each caramel-filled date, place on non-stick baking paper.
- Pop in the freezer for another 2 hours.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top to serve.
- Enjoy!
