Ingredients:

  • Jar of RFC Vegan Caramel Sauce or similar (you’ll only use about 1/3 of it)
  • Block of Bennetto intense dark chocolate
  • 15 medjool dates
  • Sea salt

Method:

  1. Cut dates in half and remove the pit.
  2. Fill carefully with caramel sauce.
  3. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
  4. Melt the chocolate, dip & coat each caramel-filled date, place on non-stick baking paper.
  5. Pop in the freezer for another 2 hours.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt on top to serve.
  7. Enjoy!
