The perfect treat on a hot summer’s day, all in 3 easy steps!
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup Raglan Food Co coconut yoghurt
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your chosen popsicle moulds and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
